This is a practical "hands on" course so please bring your laptop.

Laptop must be capable of running standard Windows software and access the Internet.

One laptop shared between two participants will work well.

 Cancellation policy

Should you need to cancel your place on this course, written notice of cancellation is required a minimum of 20 working days before the course start date.  Cancellation via email will be accepted subject to confirmation.  A refund will be issued less a 10% (plus VAT) administration charge.   

If the course date falls within the next 20 working days, cancellation charges will apply according to the cancellation notice period given: 1-5 days = 100%, 6-10 days = 75%, 11-15 days = 50%, 16-19 days = 25%.

Regrettably, no refunds will be issued on special offer prices or early bird ticket purchases and the invoice will remain due.  Substitutions are welcome at any time for a small administrative charge.

Payment terms

We accept payment online by PayPal and most major debit / credit cards.  We also accept payments by cheque and direct transfer to our bank account and if you wish to pay in this way please click on “other payment methods” and choose “send an invoice”.  All invoices must be settled at least 72 hours before the course commencement date.

Please note we do not charge a booking fee.  Any Eventbrite booking fees are included within our course fees.

If paying online VAT will be added to the price shown at the standard rate for UK customers.  We will send you an invoice to confirm the total amount you have paid.  You may incur charges from your credit/debit card provider.

Please note that HMRC (H.M. Revenue & Customs) rules have changed recently and so if you are booking this course from outside of the UK you must pay VAT at the standard rate unless we issue you with an invoice with your VAT number so please enter your VAT number on the booking screen as requested.

If you have paid online and not entered your VAT number we will send you an invoice for the amount of the VAT but we will not make any additional charge for reclaiming the VAT from you.
